Rooms they have not been occupied until 18:00 O'clock can be rent to other
guest's, if no late arrival (latest 21:30 O'clock possible) is committed.
Unused rooms will be charged as declared in the Hotel-booking contract, unless they are canceled latest 2 Weeks before arrival. If the reservation can not be fulfilled by the hotel due to reasons the hotel is not responsible for (for example: Pats, more Persons than in the original reservation and so on.) the hotel will not pay any damage.
Check-out is 10:30 O'clock.
All arrangements and Specials are just on demand
and availability of the rooms.
There is no guarantee of availability.
